BOSTON – State Rep. Kimberly Ferguson (R-Holden) made her maiden speech on the floor of the State House Chamber last Tuesday, advocating for passage of legislation that she believes would reform the education collaborative system in the Commonwealth and seek to eliminate corrupt administrative practices.
