SUNDAY - AUGUST 20 Ashburnham  Ashburnham Community Church Summer Band Concert series, at Winchester Park at 5 p.m. for Stephanie Corby (Folk). There will be hot grilled food, baked goods, ice cream, attendance prizes, children's prizes and fellowship! All concerts are sponsored by local businesses. Bring a chair, or blanket and enjoy the free concert.

SATURDAY - AUGUST 26 Westminster

 The annual Yankee Street Fair will include games, bargain and thrift booths, food court, strawberry shortcake and a chicken barbecue at 4:30 p.m. The fair runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 138 Main St. Call (978) 874-5790 for barbecue reservations and more information.

SATURDAY - SEPTEMBER 9

Townsend  Enjoy an Old New England atmosphere at St. John's Annual Bazaar held on scenic Townsend Common. Mingle among friendly people, hunt for a bargain, compete in all the games and raffles, shop at the farmer's market for homegrown flowers and produce, all while enjoying good food and music. Townsend Common is at the intersection of Route 119 and 13. Have a good old-fashioned time with us from 10 a.m. 4 p.m.

 First Church of Templeton, located on the Common, will hold a Flea Market and Artisan's Expo from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. The event will feature a variety of flea markets and vendor tables, attic treasures, an Artisan's Expo highlighting the talent of local artists, and food galore. Spaces are still available at $15 each for vendors of flea market, craft and business Items, and all local artists and artisans who wish to share their talents are welcome to do so at no charge.
