Blood Drive scheduled

An American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held in Westminster on Monday, Aug. 28, and is sponsored by the Westminster Woman's Club.

It will take place at The Wachusett Village Inn, 9 Village Inn Road, from 2 to 7 p.m. and will be open to the public. Each presenting donor will receive a complementary 'Buy One Get One Free Coupon' to Six Flags New England.

Anyone that is 17-or older, who is in good health, who weighs 110 pounds or more and who has not given blood in the last 56 days may try to donate.

The American Red Cross requires a positive ID before donating.
