Aug. 4, 5:08 p.m. Dana Richard Valiton, 65 47 Princeton St., Building 3 Apt. 219, Leominster Operating a motor vehicle with license suspended Aug. 4, 8:10 p.m. Jose L Nieves 233 Clearendon St., Apt. 2, Fitchburg Red light violation; Operating a motor vehicle with suspended license WESTMINSTER Calls from Aug. 7 through Aug. 13 Monday, Aug. 7 8:57 p.m., Hager Park Road-Caller reports that her daughter is living with a man who is buying her liquor and that her daughter frequently drives under the influence. Wants the police to be on a lookout for her. 9:15 p.m., Ellis Road- Electronic monitoring in Boston issued a warrant for a man who is missing in action on his electronic bracelet. Tuesday, Aug. 8 12:38 a.m., South Ashburnham Road - Officers investigate two cars parked behind school. Ashburnham police are also on scene. Two parties arrested by Ashburnham police for possession of drugs. 9:26 a.m., Wyman Road - Caller states that a woman came into the caller's business office to report she is in the process of selling a home. When the woman went into her house she found blood all over the walls. Officers investigate and it appears that someone was in the house. Blood found in the bathroom along with a broken window. Photos and samples taken. 10:31 a.m., Bacon Street - Caller reports her daughter was bitten on the right arm by a dog. 6:30 p.m., Ellis Road - Man comes into station to report that his vehicle was damaged while he was driving by the Westminster Country Club. 7:51 p.m., East Gardner Road - Man comes into station to report gunshots from wildlife Management Area. Police calls prison and they report that they are not having firearms training. Guard checks the perimeter of the building but nothing is found. Wednesday, Aug. 9 3:53 p.m., Main Street/Bacon Street - Officer reports that they just saw a motor vehicle accident. Victim transported to hospital. Citation issued for failure to use care while turning, 8:37 p.m., Mossman Road - Caller reports that it smells like someone is burning trash. Officer investigates and finds a small campfire. Party near fire says they are putting it out. Thursday, Aug. 10 12:27 a.m., Oakmont Avenue - Officers find a group of kids painting the bridge on Oakmont Avenue. Kids are advised to clean up after themselves and not to paint any profanities on the bridge. 12:25 p.m., West Main Street - Woman comes into station with a BB gun that she wants destroyed. 3:17 p.m., Ellis Road - Caller reports gunshots coming from sandpits near her house. Officers investigate but unable to locate anyone shooting guns. Car with flat tire is found. Officer transport driver back to residence to get a spare tire. 3:55 p.m., Lovell Street - Man reports he has a stray dog at his residence and says he will bring it to the station. 6:29 p.m., Route 2 East - Ashburnham police report that one of their officers called in a motor vehicle fire on Route 2 East. Officers investigate but nothing is found. 8:15 p.m., Old Oak Avenue/Leino Park - Caller reports two men are smoking marijuana out in the street in front of his house. Officers report but find no cause for complaint at this time. 9:19 p.m., Miles Avenue - Caller states she saw a man with a gun outside her window, but then he left. She doesn't know where he went. Officers investigate and check the area. Nothing is found. Friday, Aug. 11 9:53 a.m., South Ashburnham Road - Man reports $1,000 in vandalism damages to his equipment. 2:35 p.m., Victoria Lane - Woman reports that her dog is missing. 5:17 p.m., State Road East - woman requests officer for a female party hanging around outside her store giving customers a hard time. Officers report. 6:02 p.m., Route 140 North - Gardner police report five motorcycles riding erratically on Route 140. 6:42 p.m., Main Street - Man into station to report a possible fight at gas station. Officer reports and says there was a minor scuffle but the party was gone on arrival. Sunday, Aug. 13 6:49 p.m., Academy Hill Road - Officer reports that the chief would like skateboarders kicked out of the gazebo. Says he has already asked them to go once but they refused. 9:13 p.m., Knower Road - Caller reports young male thumbing by Johnsons' Egg Farm. Officer reports and says he will be bringing the male home. | |||||
