McCluskey Monday, Aug. 14 9:10 a.m. Seaver Street - Passerby reports dead blue jay on Seaver Street. Animal Control notified. 9:45 a.m. Overlook Road - Person into station with speed complaint for Overlook Road. Spoke with Lt. McDonald. 11:02 a.m. State Road West - Resident into station to file A&B charges and trespass charges. 11:17 a.m. Old County Road - Ashburnham Police request we check a license plate on their Old County Road. Maybe connected to B&E in progress on their Corey Hill Road. 11:50 a.m. Fenno Drive - Resident reports her wooden lighthouse yard decoration was taken from her backyard. 4:47 p.m. Overlook Road - Spoke with residents regarding complaints about their 4-wheeler. 7:53 p.m. Old Town Farm Road - Neighbor reports the neighboring home is in the process of being sold, reports the lights are on and there is a van in the driveway, also there are kids running around. Officer reports previous home owner is there showing the new owners the residence. 8:25 p.m. 499 Mile Hill Road - Officer reports maintenance building has a front end loader that is running with its flashers on, but building is locked up. 10:48 p.m. west Main & Main Street - Disabled motor vehicle in the middle of the road. driver is from Fitchburg. Officer pushed vehicle into O'Toole's parking lot. Tuesday, Aug. 15 6:14 a.m. South Street - Resident called reporting he was just run off the road on South Street by a black pick-up. states the vehicle then continued south on Main street towards Route 2, he will come to the station. Officer checking the area, nothing found. 11:54 a.m. Miles Ave -Resident into station to report her cat may have been taken by juvenile female. No one answering door. 3:15 p.m. Oakmont Drive - Ashburnham police reports alarm at Oakmont High school. They can not respond - tied up on call. Checked/secure. 6:52 p.m. State Road East - Resident reports cars racing in the dirt where the new condo's are being built. Unable to locate any mv's. 11:42 p.m. Main Street - Received multiple 911 calls reporting 2 vehicle accident on Main Street at Pleasant street with injuries. Officer report road completely blocked. MedStar AlS notified. Athol State Police notified to help with traffic. LifeFlight notified. Wednesday, Aug. 16 12:51 a.m. Davis Road - Resident called reporting two flashlights on her property, possible someone walking around outside. Nothing found. 1:03 a.m. Leominster Street - Leominster Police requests an officer to perform a wellbeing check. Party made statements about killing himself. Officer at residence, vehicle not in driveway. Leominster police think he maybe in Fitchburg with his brother. 10:32 a.m. Bacon Street - Town hall reports car has been parked in 15 minute parking space for days. No cause of complaint. 12:47 p.m. Fenno Drive - Resident reports someone may have tried to enter her home while she was on vacation. Found one screw of slide lock missing as if someone tried to push open cellar door. No entry gained. 2:49 p.m. Main Street - Person into station to report his cell phone stolen 3:41 p.m. South Street - Call regarding issue with dog. Animal control notified. 4:50 p.m. Parkwood Lane, Leino - Fitchburg Police request officer to go to address to deliver massage. Officer unable to deliver message no one living at house, under construction. 8:30 p.m. Sargent Road - Employee from McNally's called 911 reporting baby moose in front parking lot. Moose ran into bushes not a hazard at this time. 8:31 p.m. - Delisle Road, Fitchburg - Drug task force. 10:18 p.m. - Resident calling complaining about noise outside of Joe's Bistro. No one outside at this time. Thursday, Aug. 17 8:09 a.m. Worcester Road - Person into station to report illegal dumping on Worcester Road at Princeton line. 9:52 a.m. Beech Hill Road - Resident into station to report identity theft/fraud. 3:03 p.m. Minott Road - Caller reports suspicious vehicle driving by her residence very slowly for the past few days. Male party operating. Units notified, will do extra patrols. Caller called back reports male part works with her father, no cause for complaint. 3:27 p.m. State Road East - Alarm sounding at Brea of Life Church. Freddie Milburn Cook arrested. 5:25 p.m. Bean Porridge Hill Road - Caller reports problem with brown dog. Animal Control notified. 8:07 p.m. Mils Ave. - Heywood Hospital reports dog bite. Victime a 10-year with lacerations to left arm. Animal control notified. 10:47 p.m. Virginia Ave - Resident into station to speak with officer about her son. He's lost his job and has been drinking. Parents do not want him back at house. 11:08 p.m. Virginia Ave - Above resident calls station to report some just stole his car, returned to house and is now on food. Officers unable to locate party. All cars are secured. 11:18 p.m. Carpenter Lane - Female party walk-in reports her car was egged. No damage to car. Friday, Aug. 18 1:41 a.m. Seminole Ave -Hubberston Police requesting officer to assist them. 12:29 p.m. East Road - Resident in this morning to report that neighbor is running his air compressor. 3:58 p.m. East Road - Resident called into report extensive noise form neighbor who is working on cars in his yard wants to speak with officer. Officer reports that there seems to be nothing out of the ordinary going on in area. Spoke with both parties. 4:03 p.m. Technology Drive - Caller called in to report that her car was side swiped today. Minimal damage to vehicle, report taken. 5:31 p.m. Sand Pits Ellis Road - Officers found vehicle in sand pits. Parties advised to move on and also advised that they were trespassing. 6:51 p.m. West Princeton Road - Report of two tame pigs behind a home that do not belong at house. Animal Control notified. 10:10 p.m. Kent Road - Report of loud party at end of Kent Road. Officers spoke to homeowner and advised him to keep it quiet. If officer comes back he will be arrested. 11:16 p.m. Kent Road - Noise complain. Parties left on boat. Officer staying on scene to see if parties will return. Party called on his cell phone, refused to come to shore is paranoid on telephone will not believe police are at his house. Unable to reason with him. Homeowner has not come back to shore he is operating his boats without safety lights. Officers have turned on blue lights. Officer clearing. Party is still out on water, not operating safety lights in his raft. Saturday, Aug. 19 1:16 p.m. Ellis Road - caller reports female party threatening him and breaking things. 3:31 p.m. Shady Ave. - Call came in via 91 for gas line that was ruptured while party was digging in ground. Fire department responded. Fitchburg called to cover station and Gardner engine to scene. Houses in area being evacuated. Command reports 100 pound gas line that was ruptured. Until working to shut it off. 5 p.m. command reports all units cleared. 11:09 p.m. Main Street - Report of large party off Main Street. Large Party people fleeing into woods. Athol state police and Gardner police called. Sunday, Aug. 20 12:37 p.m. Ellis Road - caller reports past breaking and entering in his shop. 1:41 p.m. Lakewood Park Road - Caller reports vandalism to beach area. All parties spoken to. 6:16 p.m. South Street - Female reports very large woman walking down by Mare Meadow trying to flag people down. Her dog fell down embankment and she can not get him.
