June Howe, 75 WESTMINSTER - June Howe, 75, of 130 Fisher Ave., of Roxbury, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006, at her daughter's home in Westminster, after an illness. She leaves five children Mark Howe, Michelle Patrella, both of Florida, Brian Howe, of Watertown, Melinda Akl, of Westminster, and James Howe, of Roxbury, 11 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one brother Thomas Deedy of Maine, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by a son Stephen Howe. June was born in Boston on June 13, 1931 a daughter of the late Thomas E. Jr. and Rose (Senecal) Deedy. She was a graduate of Girls High School in Jamaica Plain. June is well known as a Volunteer and Community Activist and Boston Antique Dealer. She was the Founder and former President of the B.O.T.H.C.D.A. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at 12 Noon in the Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Story Chapel, 580 Mt. Auburn Street, Cambridge, Mass. In lieu of Flowers, Memorial Contributions can be made in June's name to the St. Jude's Research Memorial Program, information can be found at www.stjude.org/tribute.
