Monday, Sept. 4 10:41 a.m., Town Farm Road Caller reports she found a female pug dog, tan with black face. 3:12 p.m., Meetinghouse Road - Possible gall bladder attack, patient transported to HealthAlliance Hospital/Leominster. 5:28 p.m., South Ashburnham Road - Volunteer at Crocker Pond reported suspicious vehicle parking in back parking lot. States male party went into woods and then left. 5:36 p.m., South Street - Caller reports she received a phone call from someone stating they were from the volunteer firefighters association, requesting donations. Did not give any information, just wanted to let police know. 9:23 p.m., Route 2 East - Cell phone caller reports vehicle all over road.

12:09 a.m., State Road West - Gardner PD reports they just had attempted breaking and entering into motor vehicle in their city, suspicious vehicle last seen traveling on Route 2A towards center of Westminster; area checked, nothing found. 5:13 p.m., Mile Hill Road - Unit 6 reports person in protective custody at Wachusett Mountain Ski Area. 8:31 p.m., Depot Road - Caller reports he struck a deer on Depot Road, damage done to vehicle.

3:15 a.m., Cross Street - Ashburnham PD requesting officer to assist with domestic. 3:50 a.m., Cross Street - Ashburnham PD requesting officer to assist again with domestic. 4:25 p.m., Mile Hill Road - Unit 21 reports larceny from a jewelry vendor at Wachusett Mountain Ski area. 5:19 p.m., Worcester Road - Unit 9 out with ATV and dirt bike riding on Worcester Road; citations issued to both operators for operating unregistered motor vehicle. 7:13 p.m., Roper Road - Caller reports vandalism done to logging equipment behind Monty tech, windows broken, levers bent. 7:59 p.m., Depot Road - Caller requesting officer to her residence, states her boyfriend assaulted her and threw a brick through the windshield of her vehicle.
