Ann L. (LeBlanc) Jakubosky, 49

ASHBY - Ann L. (LeBlanc) Jakubosky, 49, of Leominster and a former resident of Fitchburg, died Monday, Sept. 11, 2006 at Coes Pond Hospice Residence in Worcester after a long illness.

Ann was born in Fitchburg on Nov. 6, 1956, the daughter of Robert J. and the late Beverly A. (Barrett) LeBlanc, who died in 2001.

She was a beloved wife, mother, friend, and colleague and was dedicated to the raising of her two children, Kathleen and David. Always the giver, the teacher, the leader, the volunteer. She especially enjoyed her time with her family, nurturing, loving, caring, and guiding. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves her husband, Andrew Jakubosky; her two children, Kathleen A. and David A. Jakubosky, all of Leominster; her father, Robert J. LeBlanc of Fitchburg; a brother, Steven LeBlanc of Ashby; her two sisters, Susan Bourque of Athol and Jean Morock of Ashby.

Her mother, Beverly A. Barrett, died on June 6, 2001. She also leaves aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
