TOWNSEND Richard N. "Jake" Quimby, 63, of 5 Ryan Road, died Sunday, Sept 17, 2006 at his home after a brief illness due to cancer. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Anne L. (Niemi) Quimby; two daughters, Deborah Quimby, missing since 1977, and Nancy Williams and her husband, John, of Townsend; a brotherand sister-in-law; David W. and Lona Quimby of Hollis, N.H.; two grandsons, Benjamin and Ryan Williams, both of Townsend. He also leaves several nieces, nephews and cousins.
