Forbush Library announces storytimes

Children ages newborn to 6 years old may enjoy a variety of storytimes at the Forbush Memorial Library, 118 Main St. Storytimes for ages newborn to 2-years-old will be held Wednesdays at 10 a.m. Storytimes for 2-yearolds will be held Wednesdays at 11 a.m. Storytime for ages newborn to 6-years-old will be held Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. Storytime for 3year-olds will be held Fridays at 10 a.m. and for 4to 6-years-olds Fridays at 11 a.m. Registration required. Senior Center seeking fair items

The Westminster Friends of the Senior Center are looking for volunteers and items for their fair to be held on Saturday, Oct. 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Westminster Senior Center, upstairs from the American Legion Hall, 127 Main St. The fair will feature crafts, baked goods, and a Chinese auction table. Local artists invited to exhibit artwork

The "Circle of Artists" is planning an art exhibit and sale for Saturday, Nov. 11, and Sunday, Nov. 12, at the Senior Center, upstairs in the American Legion Hall, 127 Main St. Westminster artists are invited to submit one or two pieces for this show. Also, the "Circle of Artists" plan to work with Oakmont Middle School art teachers to select 10 students to display their work. All members of the "Circle of Artists" will also exhibit in this show. Due to space constraints, work must be limited in size and not exceed 36 inches in any direction.

A reception will be held Saturday, Nov. 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. and will feature music and refreshments. Hours for the exhibit will be noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12. Applications may be picked up at the Westminster Library, Town Hall, and Senior Center, or call Virginia Krul at (978) 874-0375.
