Ashby Police Department hosts Meet the Chief Night

The public is invited to meet the new police chief, Paul Lundin, and discuss public safety concerns on Monday, Nov. 13 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Ashby Police Station, 893 Main Street.

Lundin is inviting members of the community to meet with him and learn more about their police department and discuss their public safety concerns. He is a strong proponent of community policing and hopes to start a productive dialogue with the community.

He believes that an ongoing conversation is needed for the public to understand the challenges that police officers face, and for the police to better understand the priorities and concerns of the community.
