Lighting up the season
      The "Surfin' Santa," a group of Westminster Elementary School students, sang songs from their upcoming holiday concert at the Annual Holiday Tree Lighting event held Sunday, Dec. 3, in the gazebo on Academy Hill. The concert is going to be held at the school on Tuesday, Dec. 12.
