Local Realtor passes course

Brenda Rufiange has completed the specialized real estate business entitled ‘’Business Planning and Marketing for the Residential Specialist” conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of The National Associations of Realtors

The course covered the preparation of business plans, marketing programs and operations budgets.

“There are many new marketing techniques that can effectively serve our real estate customers,” said Rufiange, “and I have already begun to apply procedures covered this course in my work at RE/MAX Property Promotions.“
