With the onset of a new year, many of us promise ourselves we will eat healthier and exercise more. Easier said than done? Not really. Cooking foods that are better for you is a pretty easy transition to make with the right recipes. I honestly don't know anyone in my age category (mid-50s) who hasn't talked about his or her cholesterol at least once to a friend or doctor.
