Forbush Memorial Library to host Great Decisions program Feb. 5-April 12

Once again the Forbush Memorial Library, 118 Main St., will host Ambassador George Lane and Dr. Kevin Hart who offer a Great Decisions program on eight Monday evenings from Feb. 5 through April 2 (no session Feb. 19). Sessions will be held in the Forbush Memorial Library's Eloranta Room from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Reading materials will be provided free of charge.

In combination of readings, movies, online resources, lectures, and group discussions, participants will gain broad understanding of eight topics affecting our world today - understanding the Middle East; participating in the broader picture of the climate change; what are the challenges of Mexico; migration; South Africa; prosecuting war crimes; policy considerations for Central Asia; and the health and safety of the children in the world.

Sessions begin Monday, Feb. 5. Prior registration is requested in person at the public service desk, or by calling the library at (978) 874-7416.
