Build power and grace with belly dancing

Belly dancing is a natural form of exercise that is empowering, appropriate, and fun for women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. It also helps create body awareness and poise. The Flying Irish Studio, located on Route 119, is offering a four-class belly dancing workshop on Feb. 18, Feb. 25, March 4 and 11 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Beginning dancers as well as those experienced in belly dancing or other forms of dance are welcome.
