Town Hall will open

Residents of Westminster are reminded that the new town hall on South Street will open on Tuesday, Feb. 20. The hours for the town offices will remain the same: Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
