Nashoba Tech opens doors for prospective Townsend students

Nashoba Valley Technical High School will hold its spring Open House on Sunday, March 11, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.

The snow date is Sunday, March 18.

Prospective students from Townsend and their parents can tour the campus, see displays of academic classrooms and technical programs, and learn about the programs Nashoba Tech has to offer, including sports, clubs, school to career, tech prep and dual enrollment.

There will be refreshment and door prizes. Nashoba Tech is located at 100 Littleton Road (Route 110). The school's district includes Chelmsford, Groton, Littleton, Pepperell, Shirley, Townsend and Westford.

Nashoba Tech offers 17 technical programs: auto body repair, automotive repair, banking/marketing/retail, carpentry, cosmetology, culinary arts/Hotel &restaurant management, dental assisting, early childhood education, electrical technology, electronics/robotics, graphic arts, health occupations, machine tool technology, office technologies & telecommunications, plumbing & heating, pre-engineering, and TV & media production/theater arts.
