Celebrate a late Valentine's Day at an ACT 3rd Friday coffeehouse beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Stevens Memorial Library, Ashburnham, with a series of open mike performers. Westminster Girl Scout Troop 627 will be selling cookies from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Stop and Shop.

A Spaghetti Supper and Bake Sale will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church Hall, 59 Walnut St., Fitchburg. Tickets are $6 for adults; and $5 for children and seniors. Tickets will be sold at the door; take-outs welcome. Proceeds to benefit the second annual Lenten Speaker Series "March with Christ."

Sunday 18

A pancake breakfast will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. at the V.F.W. Hall, Eaton Street, Westminster. The breakfast is sponsored by the Westminster Lions Club and will benefit the Oakmont Basketball Program. Pancakes (with as many second helpings as desired), ham, and beverage will be served. Tickets are $3 each; children under 6 years old eat free.

Join the Charlie's Angels Relay for Life Team as they continue their Quest For a Cure from 5 to 8 p.m. at a Family Fun Night fund-raiser at Friendly's, 18 Pearson Boulevard, Gardner. Team members will be on hand selling chances for raffles of donations from local merchants, Smellie Jellies, and Hebert Chocolates! Friendly's will donate 10 percent of all proceeds, including dine-in and carry-out, to The American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
