North Middlesex High announces Students of the Quarter

North Middlesex Regional High School is pleased to announce the students who have been named Students of the Quarter for the first quarter marking period of the 2006/07 school year. Each department selects one student, per quarter, based on whom they feel has helped contribute to the excellent quality of life in the high school community.

Art - Samuel Shultz, a senior, was acknowledged as being a great artist who will be going on to art school next year; and for being unique and individual.

English - Meghan McCaffrey, a freshman, was acknowledged as being a very talented and gifted student; intelligent, respectful, creative and working extremely hard on her assignments.

Health, Nutrition & Fitness - Emily Newcomb, a sophomore, was acknowledged for being a wonderful student who takes learning seriously and works diligently for her outcomes. She adds humor, intelligence and optimism to health class.

Mathematics & Business Applications - Edd Ricker, a junior, has performed excellently all year in the Pre-calculus Honors course. He was acknowledged as a great student and a fine young man.

Music - Anthony Ead, a senior, is an excellent musician as well as a positive influence in all rehearsal settings. He was acknowledged for his strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, which has led him to grow as a musician and as a person.

Science - Joshua LaGasse, a senior, consistently performs to the highest academic standards, shows excellent motivation, self-discipline and helps others with difficult concepts. He is always positive, alert and enthusiastic.

Social Studies - Tyler Kimbar, a junior, was acknowledged for his positive influence in class and how he works extremely hard. As a result of his efforts, he consistently performs above expectations.

World Languages - Declan McCann, a sophomore, was acknowledged for being one of the brightest students in the French III program. He is excellent at the language and is one of the most diligent students in the class.
