First Church of Templeton, located on the common, will hold a Pot Roast Supper at 5 p.m. The family-style supper includes pot roast, vegetable, beverage, and homemade pie for dessert. Join the Habitat For Humanity Townsend Project Committee for a turkey dinner from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Townsend Congregational Church. Turkey with all the fixings and plenty of sweets for dessert will be served. Donation is $8 per person. All proceeds will benefit the first Townsend Habitat build. The committee meets the second Thursday of every month from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Townsend Town Hall. If you are interested in volunteer work, please join them.

The Oakmont Boys Ice Hockey team will be holding their annual fundraiser from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cushing Academy, Ashburnham. The Varsity Team will be playing the Ashburnham-Westminster Regional School District Faculty. The team will also have several raffle items going on during the. Tickets are $5 for adults; $3 for students and seniors, and can be purchased at the door or from any Oakmont Ice Hockey Player and at Cushing arena.

Team Happy Feet will sponsor a Comedy Show fundraiser at 7:30 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus, 484 Lancaster St., Leominster. The Ashburnham Council on Aging will conduct an Adult Wellness Clinic in partnership with the Nashoba VNA from 11 a.m. to noon at the COA, 1 Memorial Drive, Ashburnham. The American Cancer Society will hold a Look Good ... Feel Better seminar from 5 to 7 p.m. in HealthAlliance Hospital, Burbank Campus. This free program is designed to teach cancer patients handson cosmetic techniques to help them cope with appearance-related side effects from chemotherapy or radiation treatments. The World Day of Prayer service will be hosted by The First Church of Templeton, Templeton Common, at 2 p.m. in its lower chapel hall.
