black leather briefcase was stolen from his car;
was recovered in Townsend.

to be water on her driveway it is actually raw sewage;
states this happens most frequently on weekends.

activity at her residence; found footprints at her
back door, no entry made.

she fell and is not hurt, needs assistance getting up.

house; found shut off valve for broken water main.
