Ruble opens office in Ashburnham

Tom Ruble
Tom Ruble, a licensed realtor and broker in Massachusetts, has opened a new real estate office at 27 Cashman Hill Road.

A 23-year resident of town with more than 30 years of sales and negotiating skills, Ruble feels he is well-suited to represent his clients through all phases of the real estate transaction.

"It's time for buyers to realize that they don't have to face one of the most important decisions in their lifetime alone," said Ruble. "As a buyer representative, I feel I can contribute an understanding of the market and the process, so that they can make the most educated decision to help them realize their dreams and goals".

Besides being a licensed broker and realtor, Ruble is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), The Mass Association of Realtors (MAR), the North Central Mass. Board of Realtors (NCMAR), serving on their Government Affairs Committee, and the Commercial and Investors Board of Realtors (CIBOR).

"This knowledge will also help my seller clients, who are seeing more and more buyer agents entering the field, and hopefully will smooth out the transactions versus making them adversarial," he said.

Ruble is familiar with the Ashburnham/ Westminster and greater Gardner areas. He has lived in town with his wife and two sons.

He has been involved with the Ashburnham Lions, Ashburnham Parks and Recreation, Greater Gardner Youth Hockey, Oakmont Ice Hockey, and the Ashburnham Planning Board.

He can be reached by phone at (978) 827-4396 or (508) 641-1293. He can be e-mailed at tom@RubleRealEstate.com or at his Web site www.RubleRealEstate. com
