 | | Several Westminster residents and town officials got together on Sunday, April 1, to officially open the new Town Hall. After the speeches, the flag was raised, and ribbon was cut. Officials also re-dedicated the Town Clock refurbished by resident Don Irving and the unveiling of a new clock built by Irving that will be featured in the lobby of the Town Hall.
