4-H Camp Middlesex receives PEACE Award for Exceptional Cultural Exchange

In December 2006 Camp Middlesex Ashby received the PEACE Award (Providing Exceptional Avenues for Cultural Exchange) from the Camp America Program. The award is given based on recommendations from our international staff. The international staff "felt truly cared for and had their unique needs respected and looked out for (from The Camp America Team)."

As many camper families know, each summer Camp Middlesex employs a number of different counselors from a variety of countries. Most campers and families love the opportunity to learn from the different cultures, and we are proud to be one of the recipients of this award from Camp America.
