Child Identification Program to be held in Westminster

The Masonic Child Identification Program (CHIPS) will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, at Meetinghouse School (open to the public) and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, at Westminster Elementary School (for students and families of the school).

Parents will have the opportunity to have a full identification kit prepared for their child by the Masons of Massachusetts, the Westminster Police Department, and Westminster and Meetinghouse School volunteers, free of charge. The kit includes a fingerprint card, dental impression, DNA cheek swab and a videotape of the child's speech and physical mannerisms. Siblings of the students will be welcome.
