Seventh Grade World Fair to represent over 100 countries

Overlook Middle School will host its Seventh Grade World Fair from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, at the school located at 10 Oakmont Drive, Ashburnham.

All of the seventh graders at Overlook have been working hard on researching, creating and cooking up interesting information on their chosen country. Many students will be making a traditional food dish from their country, others will have music and dancing, and some will even teach you a few words or some traditional customs of their country.

Students have incorporated a bit of knowledge from every subject using what they have learned this year - math graphs displaying some interesting statistics, a poem and a folk tale incorporating what they learned in English. There will be more than 100 countries represented. For more information, call the school at (978) 827-1425.
