Mary P. (Cliggett) Carr, 53 Was a resident of Westminster; home health care worker WESTMINSTER - Mary P. "Patty" (Cliggett) Carr, 53, of 94 Sargent Road, died peacefully Thursday, May 24, 2007, in Heywood Hospital, Gardner. Mary was born in Las Vegas, NM, and lived here for 10 years. She was a Home Health Care worker for many years. Mary was an active member of the Gardner Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and was active in the door-to-door preaching work. She conducted home bible studies and was a very social person who loved to offer herself to others and help any way that she could. She is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, Roy D. Carr Jr.; her mother-in-law, Lucille (Despres) Carr of Templeton; her in-laws, Gerard and Catherine (Carr) Cormier of Templeton and Daniel and Patricia (Carr) Little of Pflugerville, Texas; two nephews, Samuel Cormier of Jamaica Plain and Jonathan Little of Malden; one niece, Michelle Little of Pflugerville, Texas; and many friends. She was predeceased by one sister, Margaret Jane Cliggett. A memorial service will take place in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Gardner at a later date. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, West Street, Gardner, MA 01440. Lamoureux-Fletcher Community Funeral Home directed arrangements. |
