Tom Ricardi will present his "Birds of Prey" at 10 a.m. at the Fitchburg Youth Library, 610 Main St. The Birds of Prey that come with Mr. Ricardi range in size from the tiny elf owls, which stand only a few inches high, to eagles with wingspans of several feet. This program is free and open to all ages 6 and up. For information, call (978) 345-9637. Pictured is Tom Ricardi, wildlife rehabilitator, established the Western Mass. Bird of Prey Facility at his home and rehabilitates dozens of injured hawks and owls annually. His educational presentations, using live, non-releasable raptors, are popular across the state.
