Historical society offers basket weaving workshops

The Westminster Historical Society will be presenting its annual Basket Weaving workshops this summer. Terry Ouellette will hold two instructional classes at the American Legion, 127 Main St., Westminster. On Monday, July 23, participants will make a 10 1/2 by 13-inch basket with handle, cost is $32; on Monday, Aug. 20, participants will make a 10-round basket with handle, cost is $35.
