Dance2Swing Studios presents swingin' jump blues, lindy hop swing, and rock n' roll during the month of August. The Red Riders will perform Sunday, Aug. 12. The Red Riders have been playing jump blues and swing music since January 1999.Vintage sounds of the '40's and '50's classics come to life with their renditions of hot energetic swing and smooth R&B ballads. The Mike DiBari Swingtet will perform Sunday, Aug. 19. From swing to hard bop, with a little bit of the Mississippi Delta thrown in, Mike DiBari embraces the many sounds of classic jazz and blues guitar. On Sunday, Aug. 26, Dance2Swing Studios will celebrate its sixth anniversary. The evening will feature Cathy's Clown, a nine-piece rock n' roll sock-hop band. Performances begin at 7 p.m. and are held at the Leominster Lodge of Elks, 134 North Main St. A beginner friendly group swing dance lesson is offered at 6 p.m. Admission is $12.
