ASHBURNHAM - Fostine (Morrill) Todd, 91, of Ashburnham, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2007, in the Leo P. Lachance Center, Gardner.

Fostine was born on Sept. 4, 1915, in Fitchburg, the daughter of Charles and Olive (Phillips) Morrill and had been a resident of Ashburnham for the past 49 years.

Before retiring many years ago she had worked for the Fitchburg Paper Co.

She was a 1939 graduate of Fitchburg High School and had attended Chandler School in Boston. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Rindge, N.H.

Fostine leaves a sister, Priscilla Turve of Ashburnham; nieces and nephews including Phillips Morrill Jr.; and many grandnieces and grandnephews. Her husband, Eric A. Todd, died in 1969. She was also predeceased by a brother, Phillips Morrill Sr.

Aubuchon-Moorcroft Funeral Home of Fitchburg is assisting with arrangements.
