Auditions to be held for 'It's A Wonderful Life'

The Christian Performing Arts Center announces open auditions for its winter theatre production of "It's a Wonderful Life" on Tuesday, Sept. 18, at 6:30 p.m., and Friday, Sept. 21, at 6:30 p.m., at the Christian Performing Arts Center, 914 Main St.

Those auditioning will read from the scripts, which will be available to preview at CPAC starting Sept. 10. Roles are available for 12 men, 10 women, two boys (must look ages 8 to 12 years old), and two girls (must look ages 5 to 12 years old). Rehearsals are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday and Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. The production will run from Nov. 30 through Dec. 9.

Directed by Gloria Olivier, the CPAC production of "It's a Wonderful Life" is based on the classic film by Frank Capra and the story by Philip Van Doren Stern. For information, call (978) 345-2915.
