Westminster Trick-or-Treat hours set

Area residents will participate in Trickor Treat hours in celebration of Halloween on Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Selectmen voted on Wednesday, Sept. 12, during their meeting to approve this recommendation from the police chief.
