Affordable Housing Committee to hold informational forum

The Ashburnham Affordable Housing Committee is sponsoring a Housing Forum on Tuesday, Oct. 2, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Overlook Middle School library. Residents are invited to attend this forum so that the Committee can ensure that all housing needs of residents are identified. Information on first-time homebuyer education and other affordable housing programs will be provided. Representatives from regional and state housingrelated organizations are expected to participate, including: Greater Gardner Community Development Corporation, MassHousing, Montachusett Regional Planning Commission, North Central Massachusetts Habitat for Humanity, RCAP Solutions, along with representatives from local banks.
