World Jamboree 2007

Nathan and Jason Evancic, of Ashburnham, attended world culture events each day, while at the World Jamboree in Hyland Park, Englad. Boy Scout leader Dennis Cormier, also attended the Jamboree and led a community service project each day in the village of Chelmsford. The Jamboree ran from July 27 to Aug. 8. Forty-four thousand scouts from 158 countries attended. August 1st marked the 100th anniversary of scouting that began in England by Lord Baden Powell. COURTESY PHOTO
