Carter becomes Coldwell sales manager

Ashburnham resident Christine Carter was appointed as sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Groton.

Carter will be responsible for the oversight of 30 sales associates serving the communities of Groton, Ashby, Ayer, Dunstable and other surrounding communities.

She was worked for more than five years as a sales associate focusing on residential real estate, and is a certified relocation and negotiation specialist.

Prior to her time in sales, Carter represented Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Relocation Services division and was in the business field for more than 20 years.

"Christine has extensive professional knowledge of the local market place," said Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England. "Combined with her understanding of the needs of our sales associates and that of our customers and clients, she is well positioned to lead that office and provide the truly remarkable services that our customers have come to know and expect."

Carter is spends much of her available time volunteering for fundraising events and for Habitat for Humanity.
