Local Red Sox playing in big games, too

The locally based New England Red Sox headed out to play at least five games of baseball in Las Vegas, to participate in the 2007 Over 50/60 National Fun Tournament, sponsored by the National Adult Baseball Association.

The tournament started on Monday, and runs through Saturday, Oct. 27. This is the eighth trip to Vegas, and the Red Sox have won two consecutive championships and are hoping to defend their title again this year.
