Overlook Boys' and Girls' Cross Country end season

The Overlook Boys' and Girls' Cross Country teams finished off their successful seasons by running in the 32nd annual Voit Lasilla Fitchburg Invitational.

More than 200 boys and 200 girls from a variety of middle schools ran in this event.

In the extremely competitive varsity division Calvin Young and Christian Robichaud finished out their three years of cross country at Overlook with superb performances by finishing fourth and sixith, respectively. Also running well in the varsity division race were Ben Weiderman, Justin Capone, Josh Craig, George Condon and Henry Condon.

In the junior varsity division Troy Richardson was the top Overlook runner. Sixth grader Mike McGuirl was in the top five for all sixith graders. Also running well for the Eagles were Ethan Barrows, Trevor Gammell, Steve Hilton, Alex Berube, Alec Zbikowski, Tom Leblanc, Elan Jackson, Jered Lemay, Mike Fentain, Dominic Arsenault, Jordan Racine and Pat O'Connell.

In the girls' division, all the Overlook girls ran in the highly competitive varsity division. Lauren Ouellette was the top runner for the Lady Eagles. Vastly improved seventh grader Haley Barry was right behind. Also running well for the girls were Jennifer Burke, Kerry Kopcinskas, Mary Regan and Sadie Zbikowski.
