Marilyn T. (Swift) Shattuck, 89

FITCHBURG - Marilyn T. "Marney" (Swift) Stattuck, 89, formerly of 136 Culley St., died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007, in The Highlands Longterm Care Center, after a long illness, surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Shattuck leaves two sons, Lawrence Shattuck and his wife, Ann of Ashburnham and Michael Shattuck of Fitchburg; six daughters, Nancy Trainque and her husband, George of Fitchburg, Mary Cotnoir and her husband, Kevin of Leominster, Kathleen Dionne and her husband, Alfred of Fitchburg; Marilyn Fuhs and her husband, Gregory of Lunenburg, Maureen Bergeron and her husband, Michael of Raymond, N.H., and Susan Shattuck of Milford, N.H.; 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Her husband of 39 years, Lawrence F. Shattuck II, died in 1981. She was also predeceased by a brother, Charles Swift Jr. of Fitchburg in October of 2005.
