Crossroads Community Church, 839 Ashby State Road, Fitchburg, presents "Friday Night Live," a family contemporary Christian Service, at 7 p.m. Dance Revelations, a sacred dance team, will perform.

The Drawbridge Puppet Theater, 1335 Massachusetts Ave., Lunenburg, presents "The Nutcracker" today at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and Sunday, Dec. 16, at 1 p.m. For ages 4 and up. Tickets are $6. Call (978) 582-6565.

The community is invited to a Wreaths Across America ceremony at 11:45 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Road, Winchendon. There will be the laying of 256 wreaths on the graves, the National Anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance, a Benediction, Prayer for the Honored Dead, rifle volley and taps.

The Thayer Symphony Orchestra, along with the Salisbury Singers, presents a Holiday Pops Concert at 8 p.m. in the Stratos G. A Pancake Breakfast will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. at the V.F.W. Hall, Eaton Street, Westminster. This event is sponsored by the Westminster Lions Club and will benefit the annual distribution of Lions Christmas baskets. Tickets are $3 each (children under 6 years old eat free). One free ticket for this breakfast is being given to anyone purchasing a Lions Christmas tree on sale at the V.F.W. field.

The Fitchburg Art Museum will celebrate music of the season at the museum, Merriam Avenue. at Leominster City Hall's Tata Auditorium, 25 West St. Conductor Steven Piermarini will lead the 30-piece band through a program sure to appeal to all tastes, from holiday and pop pieces to movie themes and light. The Greater Gardner Community will present a Holiday Concert at 4 p.m. at Mount Wachusett Community College, 444 Green St. The choir is directed by Diane Cushing and features 65 members from Gardner and the surrounding communities. A service of "Lessons and Carols" will be celebrated at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Church, Main Street, Ashburnham.
