Town calendars available

The Westminster Historical Society announces that the new Town Calendar for 2008 is now ready and on sale. The calendar features old businesses in Westminster, including two chair factories, a sawmill, two large hotels in the center of town, and a barber shop. A new feature is the back page of the calendar which lists the addresses and telephone numbers of all town offices, all the churches in town, all the schools and important organizations in town. Events of organizations in town and the school are marked on the dates of every month. Calendars are being sold at the Westminster Pharmacy, Vincent's Country Store, the Library, Greg's Barber Shop, and the Historical Society. Cost is $10.50.
