New program for preschoolers assists with motor and sensory functions

For the last 10 years, the Westminster Library Board of Trustees has been spending money to fix a variety of problems with the structure of the addition to the library. A Pancake Breakfast is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 17, from 8 to 11 a.m. at the V.F.W. Hall on Eaton Street in Westminster.
