FITCHBURG—The Practical Nursing Program at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School held its tenth annual graduation and pinning ceremony recently in the school's Performing Arts Center. Local members of the Class of 2008 included Westminster resident Steven Souliere and Ashburnham resident Denise Surkont.
