WESTMINSTER — Kenneth W. Heins, 78, of Westminster, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, at Henry Heywood Memorial Hospital, Gardner. Ken was born in Fitchburg, the son of William R. and Aurelia R. (Wuth) Heins and lived in Westminster all his life. He graduated from Fitchburg High School in 1947.
