Tweedo's holds annual ice cream give away

A few years ago Tim Fissette, the owner of Tweedo's Variety on Dunn Road, started the give away his ice cream at the end of the summer when he tried to raise money to support the victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Fissette gave away ice cream to get rid of the summer stock and asked customers to donate to the American Red Cross for their Sept. 11 Fund.
