The weekend of September 13 - 14
Tiny Mites The Chargers Tiny Mite team, working under Head Coach Roger Pompei, showed tremendous improvement on both sides of the ball this past Sunday as they battled the North County Panthers. The rain did not dampen the spirit of the boys as they played 70 minutes of football. They are still learning some of the basics of the game, but each week continues to make strides. Riley Paine made some great runs as well as creating some blocks on defense. Anthony Lesperance also contributed to the team with some long runs. Mitey Mites The Chargers Mitey Mite team showed much improvement on the offense as they traveled to West Boylston on Saturday morning. Head Coach Rodney Mott coached the offense to several great runs by Jordan Franklin, Jacob Banks, Jamison McCartney, and Jake Mott. The offense had tremendous blocks by Joshua Abbott, Nate Finnegan and Scott Cromier. The defense was solid this week not allowing West Boylston to gain too much on them. Isaiah Stacey-Williams, Kameron Joseph, Ryan Mott, and James Beaudry led the defense during this effort. Junior Pee Wee The Chargers Junior Pee Wee team, under head coach Tim Driscoll, traveled to West Boylston on Saturday to take on the West Boylston Lions.
