Blood drive to be held next Friday

An American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held in Ashburnham on Friday, January 2, 2009, at the Ashburnham Community Church, Main and Chapel streets.

The Blood Drive will be held from 2 until 7 p.m. and will be open to the public.

Anyone that is 17 or older, who is in good health, who weighs 110 pounds or more and who has not given blood in the last 56 days may try to donate.

The American Red Cross requires a positive ID before donating.
