Last call for Future Leaders

Do you know a young person of character and accomplishment who deserves to have his or her achievements recognized in the newspaper?

If so, consider nominating him or her for our annual Future Leaders section to be published on February 29. Get the nominations in as soon as possible.

Future Leaders celebrates teens and young adults who excel in academics, athletics, volunteerism, the arts, military, or in any other disciplines or areas of interest.

Please consider individuals, between the ages of 16 to 21, within Ashburnham and Westminster, and take a few moments to fill out the form. All entries will be considered and selected nominees will be interviewed and photographed.

In your nomination please tell us a little about the young adult's acadmic interests as well as their athletic, school or community service acitivities. If your nominee has received any awards or other honors please tell us about those, too.

We are also interested in knowing about their hobbies and other interests.

For nomination forms please contact Caitlyn Kelleher, the News Editor of The Community Journal, at editor@thecommunityjournal.com or call (978) 827-3386.

Or simply send your information to The Community Journal.

Don't hesitate to call or send your nomination. Nominations can also be mailed to P.O. Box 67, Ashburnham, MA 01430.
