Daffodil Days helps those in need

As the first flower of spring, the daffodil is a symbol of hope. To the American Cancer Society, it represents the hope for a future where cancer is no longer a life-threatening disease. So the American Cancer Society started Daffodil Days.

Available for purchase are: a bouquet of 10 daffodils, cost is $10; Boyds Bear and 10 daffodils, cost is $25; Potted daffodil bulbs in bloom, cost is $15; a Gift of Hope, cost is $20

To order, please drop off (or mail) a check (payable to: The American Cancer Society) or cash to Betty Kaza, Town Secretary, Town Hall, Room 202, 11 South St., Westminster, before Friday, Feb. 22. Orders will be delivered on or about March 18. For information, call (978) 874-7408.
